With your consent your information is being collected to leave a message or memory to a tribute. Your details are used to relate your comments back to you for the family.
The provision of this personal data is part of a statutory or contractual requirement to use this service and failing to provide this personal data will result in the unavailability of the service on offer due to the unaccountability of the request.

How long is this information kept for?
This information is kept for as long as the tribute lead has specified when the page is taken down. This can be different for each individual situation. After this point your data is securely deleted.
